How to order?

Order procedure for consumers

As a consumer you can order online via our webshop.

Order via the webshop

Step 1

Select the product you want to buy and choose the available options (e.g. size or color). Enter the quantity and press the “order button”. If you wish to purchase other products, the product that has already been ordered will remain in the shopping cart.

Step 2

By clicking on “Proceed to checkout” in the shopping cart, you will go to the Checkout page.

Step 3

In the Checkout page there are 6 steps:

Step 3.1 Select here whether you want to create an account or not. If you already have an account, you can also log in here.

Step 3.2 Quickly enter your address details.

Step 3.3 Enter the address details here if the order must be delivered to an address other than the billing address.

Step 3.4 The shipping costs are shown here.

Step 3.5 Select how you want to pay here.

Step 3.6 Check the order and details again. If you want to make any changes, you can do so by clicking on “Go back to your shopping cart”. By checking the “Purchase” box you agree to the terms and conditions and place the order.

Order procedure for business customers

As a business customer you can order online via our webshop (see also the above procedure “Ordering via the webshop”) or by e-mail. When placing an order via e-mail, you must provide all product information and address details via e-mail that are necessary to correctly deliver the order.
