What is the minimum order amount?

The minimum order amount for goods is 25 excl. 21% VAT (€ 30.25 incl. 21% VAT). This minimum order amount does not include any additional costs, such as additional transport costs. This minimum order amount is net after any application of certain discounts, such as a graduated code or a discount code.

When will delivery be delivered free of charge?

All orders from €150 excl. 21% VAT (€181.50 incl. 21% VAT) are delivered in the Netherlands without additional transport costs. Orders smaller than €150 excl. 21% VAT (€181.50 incl. 21% VAT) will be increased by €9.55 excl. 21% VAT (€11.56 incl. 21% VAT) transport costs. Goods available while in stock. In the event of force majeure or stock shortages, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel delivery. Longer delivery times apply to printed goods.

How can I pay?

Via iDeal, Paypal, credit card, Belfius, Giropay, KBC/CBC, Bancontact, transfer/direct bank transfer or pay afterwards via Klarna. As a customer, do you want to pay afterwards? The following then applies: If approved by our administration, you have up to 30 days after the invoice date to arrange your payment. Goods remain the property of Maxisafety until full payment has been made. Payment for the goods must be made in full. The legal warranty applies to all purchases of products from Maxisafety. This legal warranty means that the item must do what you as a buyer can reasonably expect from it (e.g. one product lasts longer than others). There is no legal term attached to this warranty because what the consumer can expect varies per item. The item must be in good condition upon delivery. If this is not the case, you must report this in a timely manner after receipt and we will see how we can solve this (repair, replacement, return or refund). better because then your problem will be treated more quickly.

A complaint will be handled within 14 days from the date of receipt. Normally you will not receive confirmation of receipt of a complaint. You will therefore receive a substantive answer within 14 days. Are you, as a consumer, still dissatisfied with the handling of your complaint? As a consumer, you can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform ( http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ ). As a business customer, are you still not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? You can then submit your complaint to Maxisafety again for mediation. If this does not lead to an adequate result, all disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rotterdam.
