Returns procedure for consumers
Are you not satisfied with the delivered item after receiving your order or is the size incorrect? At Maxisafety you may cancel the purchase of the goods within 14 days after the day of receipt of the complete order, without giving any specific reason. You can return the goods to us within these 14 days without prior notice, provided that you include a clear statement showing that you wish to cancel the purchase (for example the model withdrawal form included at the bottom of this text). However , we
kindly request that you inform us in advance of your intention to return products. In that case you will receive a returns number, after which you must return the products within 14 days from that moment. You can find the return address on the model form. The costs for returns are at your expense. We will refund the entire purchase amount and the shipping costs paid (if you paid shipping costs to Maxisafety when ordering) within 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel the purchase
. We will refund this credit of a customer as a result of a return using the same payment method that the customer used to pay, unless another payment method has been agreed with the consumer. However, we may wait with reimbursement until the products have been returned or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them. Please note: Goods must be returned in their original condition and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging. If the product is not returned in its original condition, Maxisafety may decide to only apply a partial credit or no credit if the product is unsellable. Personalized goods (e.g. clothing that has been printed/personalized with your company logo) are excluded from the right of withdrawal as custom work and will therefore never be returned.

Returns procedure for business customers
Goods sold to business customers will not be taken back. After receiving your order, as a business customer, are you not satisfied with the delivered item or is the size incorrect? Please contact Maxisafety within 14 days. In certain cases, Maxisafety can offer a solution itself or allow returns to business customers. In the event of an authorized return, the goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. In the event of a return, part or the entire purchase amount and the shipping costs paid (if you paid shipping costs to Maxisafety when placing the order) can be fully refunded within 14 days of receipt of your return. We refund this credit from a customer as a result of a return via a payment to the bank account or pay back via the payment provider. If the product is not returned in its original condition, Maxisafety may decide not to allow any or only partial credit. Personalized goods are never returned.
